Reforma de una antigua fábrica de papel de la Calle Tallers, en Barcelona.
El proyecto trata de convertir esta antigua fábrica en un bloque de viviendas, tipo lofts.
El edificio está situado en una calle con mucha historia detrás, en la Edad Media esta era la calle dónde había situados los talleres como indica el propio nombre de la calle. Con la Revolución Industrial, se empezarón a construir fábricas. Finalmente, en el siglo XXI es una de las calles mas posh de Barcelona dónde se están reformando los edificios en nuevos apartamentos conservando su historia.
Por ello, el concepto trata de representar el Pasado, Presente y Futuro del edificio,
El pasado_ el forjado de madera y el pavimento hidráulico
El presente_ el acero de la revolución industrial
El futuro_ el cristal...
